• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To deliver the services you engage us for.
• We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that run our website, enquiry form and email. Some may store data outside New Zealand; we use providers that protect it to a standard comparable to New Zealand law.
• Manufacturers or advisers on your project, only with your agreement.
• Authorities, only where the law requires it.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and scripts load from third-party content networks, which receive your IP address as part of normal web traffic.

Storage and retention

We keep your information secure and only for as long as we need it. Client records are kept for as long as New Zealand law requires.

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within 20 working days.
